Delete your E2Wheels account
How to request deletion
- In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account.
- By email: send an email to arnaud@jeanroch.fr with the subject “E2Wheels account deletion”, from the email address linked to your account, and include your username. We may ask you to confirm the request before deleting anything.
What is deleted
Everything linked to your account:
- your account details (username, email address, password hash, account ID);
- your profile (age, height, weight, settings);
- your ride history, including power, cadence, speed and heart-rate data;
- your crash and technical reports.
In other riders’ results of group rides you took part in, your entry is replaced by “Deleted rider” with no link to you.
When
Your data is deleted from our systems within 30 days of the request, and from backups within a further 60 days. Nothing is kept afterwards.
Deleting only some data
You can delete individual rides in the app, or withdraw your consent for health data (heart rate, height, weight) in the app settings or by email, without deleting your account.
